To bring together professionals from social work, psychology, counseling, education, law enforcement, workforce development, and behavioral health providers to explore best practices, share ideas, and develop collaborative solutions to address the challenges facing the social services workforce.
Cornerstone to Excellence is excited to host the 1st Annual Social Services Workforce Symposium in New Mexico! This symposium will bring together providers from across the state who believe the work environment should be a healthy place to thrive that is filled with opportunities to learn and serve others.
Inspired by our theme: Developing, retaining, & sustaining a vibrant workforce, attendees will learn about current research findings, critical news, and leading practices. The symposium is designed to catalyze collaboration, action, and a renewed commitment to transforming our practices, partnerships, and systems.
The symposium is designed to provide superb professional development and networking opportunities. It takes all of us working together at every level to create a healthy, sustainable workforce. The outcome of this are strengthened services that eliminate inequities of access and provide opportunity to vulnerable populations.
